I am down around 203 right now which I am really liking. I have about 2 1/2 weeks left to get under 200 which shouldnt be any problem at all. My workouts are really coming along and I am really pleased with my diet.
Yesterday: 8 minute run at 9 minute pace Front Squats: 12 sets x 3 reps 185: 4 sets 165: 5 sets 155: 3 sets Standing Military Press: 5x5 115lbs Romanian Deadlift: 5x5 175lbs Seated Rows: 5x5 145lbs 15 minutes on elliptical Today: Flat Bench: 5x5 245lbs (personal best) BarbellCurls: 5x5 90lb Weighted dips 3x10 45lb weight addition Close grip dumbbell push: 3x10 (303 count) 45lbs Dumbbell curls: 5x5 45lbs |
