Default NL25: What does Limp/Re-raise Mean at uNL?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $27.05
BB: $13.95
UTG: $17.50
CO: $27.70
Hero (BTN): $24.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.50, 2 folds, UTG raises to $5.00, 2 folds

Pot Size: $7.10

I think PFR is too small, s/b at least $2.00 next time. 10th hand at table.

Do ppl play pocket Aces this way? Easy fold for sure, just wondering if anyone has seen the Limp Reraise regularly in their games and what it means from certain types players.

Thx

AA 90% of the time, KK 5%, and small PP the other 5%.

I would agree, someone definetely has a pair, if they're an idiot they might be going over the top with a low or mid pair, but most probably they have a high pair of A K, so yeah, it makes for an easy fold either way with Q 10

I think KK/AA most of the time

IMO 6xBB achives the same as 8xBB and saves you 2 BB when this happens.

It also means they are probably a weak player.

IMO.

Usually from early position, as derosnec and jspring said, it's KK or AA, or QQ/AK at the VERY least. From my experience it doesn't matter what type of player does this, tight or loose, the alarms go off in my head. And as you said, QT is an easy fold.

Most of the time this is QQ+ maybe AK. If you've been pounding away at his previous limps with raises in position then its possible he's taking a stand with something as weak as a random pp or Ax. Just give them the benifit of the doubt for the most part though and fold.

Usually it's a big pair. It could be AK. A lot of this goes out the window if the guy is only sitting with 40-50 BBs, as in those situations I think people will show up with all kinds of junk.

PFR is fine. More would be spew in most situations.

Regarding limp/re-raise: what the others said.
