Default Drawish board, sanity check: easy River fold?

Villain is 41/16/2.4 after 200 hands.

I'm thinking the River is an easy fold as I can't see him betting into such a drawish board without a hand that beats me.
Should I have played any other streets differently?

This is another one of these 'I induced a bluff so I cant fold, but he called the flop w/ something so I cant be good' hands.

I suspect it doesn't much matter what you do here, in terms of EV. You may get some value later by showing down. There are at least couple legit hands he could have that you beat (AQ, A7s, ?). Or, if you've been beating the table up recently, he could be 'reverse floating' with complete [censored].

With only those stats to go on for a read, I'd flip a coin. At the table, you can prolly find something in the numbers or recent history to tip you one way or the other.

Meh, I think that river may have helped you, but I would likely just fold. I always talk myself into a call with hands like these and villain ends up flipping over a hand like 96o.

Calling the river is insane unless you have a very solid read on the player. Just pick a better spot to gamble unless you want to increase your variance.

Something more interesting though, I think you could make a case for betting the turn. This increases your variance too, but I don't think it's as bad as calling the river and I think its better than checking for showdown. You have position on a scary board vs. someone who has shown zero aggression.
