how exactly is this a bluff even a little bit? [/ QUOTE ] yeah, I guess thats a good point, but @ the same time I was relatively sure it couldnt possibly be a value bet either. |

Re: Niagara 10k: Turning TPGK into a bluff multiway for my TOURNAMENT
like ever1 else has said fold pre. Once we get here it seems like a easy check shove once the nit checks as the pfr. From the descriptions id say our bet is neither a bluff or a value bet, it is more for protection and to avoid giving a free(or relatively cheap) card. with the current size of the pot relative to the future bet sizes, this seems like the only available option to you.

[/ QUOTE ] its either a good or bad valueshove, but deeeeeeeeeeefinitely not a bluff... as a bluff would imply >1/100 times you fold out a better hand... |

Re: Niagara 10k: Turning TPGK into a bluff multiway for my TOURNAMENT
i rly thought about folding the flop on the premise that my play isnt hugely EV and i can find a better spot w/ my image.

i guess this thread is more standard than i thought

Re: Niagara 10k: Turning TPGK into a bluff multiway for my TOURNAMENT
with the stacks as shallow as they are this is definitely a value shove and not a bluff, whether its a good one is a different question. u cant do much else when uve called preflop and hit this flop, fold pre tho so ur not in this situation
