Re: KQs top pair, 3/6 6max Stars
"at best splitting with the button"
yeah I overstated my point. I meant splitting or beat by the button a significant amount of the time. |

Re: KQs top pair, 3/6 6max Stars
If SB is aggro is anybody capping pre to try and knock out UTG and BTN and get position on SB? If we get calls its not like our eq sucks.
BTW I play the flop passively. After reading stellars posts I know why I do it to |

[ QUOTE ]
He can def have JT/TT/AK here sometimes. People play bad so let them. [/ QUOTE ] I dont see people cr'ing after a bet and call here with an oesd + pair, or 2 overs and a gutter enough to warrant a call, but im sure its close vs an unknown. If he was cr'ing knocking out a player or we were HU id call down. I will say tho if a player was capable of that kind of really odd play (protected pot cr'ing some garbage like AK or TT here after the turn goes bet call) id probably know that far more often than not. |

Re: KQs top pair, 3/6 6max Stars
I play 2/4 so maybe there is a difference, but I think you are ahead of button alot (Like almost always. Name one hand that beats you that he doesn't raise somewhere :/)
River fold is bad imho. I'm not scared of Button and I'm ahead of SB more than 6%. And they are unknowns which should make you want to call even more. |
