Default 400NL: Turning a hand with SD value into a bluff, part 2.

Villain is 18/10/5 over 100 hands (I think the 5 is way off though...small sample), cbet 5 times out of 6. Overall doesn't seem like a good player.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 8 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $174.30
Hero (BB): $399.80
UTG: $353.70
UTG+1: $223.80
MP1: $440.10
MP2: $527.30
CO: $201.20
BTN: $574.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (8 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">UTG+1 raises to $8.00</font>, 5 folds, Hero calls $4.00

Flop: ($18) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG+1 bets $12.00</font>, Hero calls $12.00

Turn: ($42) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG+1 bets $28.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $68.00</font>

I don't think this hand has much showdown value in this spot. If you get to the river I think you will loose more often than not. But thats just my opinion.

You are right, the SD value of both of the hands I posted is questionable.

That is why turning them into bluffs MAY be appropriate.

I'm not really feeling a bet/3bet AI on this flop guys...

Can we focus on the turn?
