Default Insurance at Foxwoods??

I was watching HSP earlier this week on GSN and during a hand Phil H. asked for insurance in a hand. Reminded me of a hand at least a year ago at Foxwoods, was either the old 5/5NL game or the new 5/10NL, don't remember which. Anyway, 2 all-ins pre-flop, both eventually flipped, and AA vs. KK. I remember the AA guy asking the KK guy if he wanted insurance and asked for 75% right now.

Now I remember it didn't happen, but I don't remember why. Is this even legal to do at a casino or Foxwoods? Maybe that's why it didn't happen. Or maybe it didn't happen because the KK guy didn't want the 25%, who knows. It was so long ago I don't remember, but when Phil asked it reminded me of that hand. Anyway, just curious. Any 2+2'ers at that table?! LOL!
