pot is 1127. villain is 27/15 in 430 hands. we started tangling today when i called his CO preflop raise with AT in the SB and check/called three streets on an A8xx8 board. we've been getting involved in the ~40 minutes since, with a decent number of pots since then with some bluffing and thin vbetting. i'm around 26/21.

Ever since i read somewhere that if 'JT makes the nuts, someone has JT' it seems to be true...

Id just be check calling / folding though (depending obv on how villain has played while youve been there)

Donking turn looks suspicious, so we think he might bluffraise us?

You did know that every reply would be 'fold' when you posted this right?

Fold.

Can you elaborate more on the turn bet/call than "he could be bluffing I have top pair I call"?

yeah, or semi-bluff.

my standard is to check in spots like these, but it's really annoying to have to play guessing games about how many streets to check/call. btw, he had AQ in the hand where i c/c'ed 3 streets with AT, not sure how that plays into things.

also he can have a lot of pair+gs type hands that i'd rather him not take a free card. i think he will raise those a decent percentage of the time and then decide that he has showdown value enough to just check behind on the river.

as played, yeah, there's really no way i can call the river. it sucks though because he can be bluffing a lot of hands there and there's very little chance that i have a straight, so my hand is actually near the top of my range. the problem is that he could be getting clever and making a thin value push with a set/2 pair.

I don't see how you're calling a raise after you c/c,donk.

because he can have 7 million semi-bluff hands and based on history he thinks i'm f.o.s. and is not afraid to raise.
