I also just finished reading "The Game". The first half of the book is great, makes you wanna do what the author does and create a cool, slick alter-ego that gets the chicks. But the second half (when they move into Project Hollywood) was this really corny, stupid drama-fest. Kinda ruined the book for me .

After watching the whole season, I gotta say that none of them were even PUAs by the end of it. The final two had only kiss closed once during the whole show, if my calculations are correct.

Didn't want to post this during the season, but why didnt at least some of the guys on there spend every day and night out trying to pick up women just to get practice and win the game. Additionally, couldnt the contestants have just picked up some nasty girls and "completed" the field tests with ease? I would have!

Overall, good show, but Mystery has killed some of his classic material in the process.

I liked watching all of them just rolling out on the season finale. Brady and Kosmo looked really comfortable just opening sets...they've only been studying the Mystery Method for 8 weeks, it's going to take some time and experience for them to pull some girls and [censored] them.

There was no way this show was filmed in 8 weeks. I'm guessing 2 weeks tops (and the editing let it slip in a middle episode where one mentioned about being there something like 4 days).

[/ QUOTE ]Kosmo kiss closed 3-4 episodes ago (the episode where the girls taught them how to kiss). Brady kiss closed with the stripper. I don't think any of the other guys were shown kiss closing. Both Pradeep and the random AFC in the last episode # closed, though.

Yeah, I don't think either of those guys are close to mPUAs. But, it takes a lot more time to build comfort/seduction game and none of the students even got past C1 of Mystery's method. In fact, they didn't appear to get further than 20 minutes into C1.

Tbh, I was hoping they'd do more accelerated coaching with the guys where they were in their ears every field test, etc, and actually have day 2 pulls and seduction game setups to see if anyone would actually get laid without buyer's remorse (which is the underlying goal of his method).

But the show was tremendous to watch even though it's difficult to figure out how much was staged.

I thought the same thing about the ear pieces. Once those guys could open sets with ease, having mystery in their ears would have been gold. After a few field tests like that, one of em should have been able to F-close at least one random party girl (no better than a HB 7 though).

Any speculation about another season? I am curious to see if they do, and what they are going to do about using the same canned openers and routines. Like I said in a previous reply, Mystery has trashed some good material. So if he makes another season, that fact might blow up in his face.

1. I'm glad Kosmo won. I really liked him the whole way through and I thought he had the most potential
2. I would pay $1500 or whatever it is for Mystery's weekend course. He seems like a cool dude and I would learn a ton.

qft. i love how most people think reality shows span the same amount of time as their broadcast season. each episode was probably a day, maybe two. 10 days for the season probably.
