Thanks Keyser, I knew someone would bust on me for those paintings but I think they are well done and not cheesy at all.. my sister actually painted them for me.

Smell, that's an Ibanez Artcore.. amazing guitar for the price ($800ish I think). I've had a Rickenbacker 330 and a Epiphone semi-acoustic before and this one is by far my favorite.

I'm leaving in a few mins in case someone asks something else. The biggest beat is that I live downtown (cool) but in a smallish midwestern city, which makes rent very affordable actually. Usually not more than $1k per month depending on utilities and stuff. 1200 square foot I think (can't remember for sure though).
