Default NL50 : facing 2 weird spots vs same vilain

I don't have much hands on vilain but he's something like 41/15/2 on 45ish hands.

With out a fantastic read on the size of his bets, these seem a little weak. If anything call down to see what he's betting 1/2pot on the turn like that. Those are scare cards to you (in his eyes as well). Don't buckle under such little pressure with out a fantastic read. But you don't necessarily want to build a huge pot either.

I don't mind the fold in hand 2. Miniraise preflop is sometimes a large pocket pair. I would bet/fold turn, check/call small river bet if he calls turn.

I like 4 betting preflop and folding to a 5 bet to see what his minraise really means.
