This is a small raise, but i'd go ahead and fold because too many turn cards will make it hard for us to continue, and shoving isn't much better. I think this is kind of reverse implied odds?

OP obviously had no clue how to handle a check raise so you have to ask yourself...why are you betting?

And, yeah, because I think its a decent time to check this type of flop occasionally when the guy is clueless how to handle a raise thats why Im on a huge downswing.

I love how people pull stuff out of their asses and try to prove things they have no idea about.

make it 35-40(push is fine too..he's committed either way)

all this talk of checking flop or folding to checkraise vs a 60bb stack are nonsense

I can't think of a single worse flop to ever check behind. If OP doesn't know how to handle a c/r he will be even more lost on the turn if he checks.

Okay then his plan should probably be to bet/fold here if he's so terrified.

I'm okay with checking flop, calling a turn bet and folding to a river bet. I don't see many players that have the courage to fire two bets at us with a lesser hand. The fold also entails the board getting a lot worse. If it comes 4 3 or 8,4 or something obviously Im not folding.

Keep in mind that I don't always check flops like this (usually 75/25 bet to check).
