What happened to using IRC for this kind of 'help'

I'm sure your specs are fine. Don't bother with 4GB RAM unless you have an absolute monster PT database (gigs, not megs, in size)

Theres no reason to get a sound card these days unless you're some kind of audiophile phreak or you want Dolby 7.1 Surround blah blah. Onboard sound is perfectly suited for all normal uses of a computer, including games. The little clicks of your Poker client when chips are bet don't need the extra juice.

Your memory is totally overkill.

Get 4GB of PC6400 (DDR2800) for half the price, and make sure it's CAS4.

Your motherboard can't even support your memory at it's rated speed.

What are you using hte system for?

I hate that case, BTW.

Are you overclocking?

I dont really know much about overclocking. The reason I want 4 gigs of ram is so I can play any computer game at the highest level, if I want to. So I should downgrade on the memory then? or Should I upgrade the motherboard? Is there a technical reason for not likeing the case or is it just because of the way it looks?

Thanks, Trevor

What would you recommend on an Intel DG965WH running an E6400?
