Default [50NL] KK getting raised on river

Button player is unknown.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP1 ($42.25)
MP2 ($100.25)
CO ($61.70)
Button ($49.25)
SB ($36.90)
BB ($10)
Hero ($60.55)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $2, 3 folds, Button calls $2, 2 folds.

Flop: ($4.75) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $3.5, Button calls $3.50.

He calls but there's no flushdraw. Does he have an overpair? Or 56s? Or maybe flopped a set or a straight?

Turn: ($11.75) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button checks.

He called me on the flop and I don't like it, so I check. Is this ok? Or should I bet and fold to a raise, or bet and when he calls check/fold river?

River: ($11.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $7, Button raises to $20, Hero ??

Often I pick up the pot when I lead out on the river. But this time I get reraised. Looks too strong for me to call. Or is he just reraising because I was weak on the turn?

I think you played it fine.

And I would fold the river.

I would lead again on the turn, he could have a OESD (78) or middlepair, maybe floating AK. On the river there are some draws completed so i would just check/call and let him bluff the pot (otherwise when beaten i loose less). I'm tempted to call this raise though because of that weird check on the turn which makes it look like he has middlepair (QQ, JJ, TT) and using the hearts to push you of the hand with his raise on the river. I only expect to be beat by 78 or a fullhouse with fours over sixes which had a gutshot straight on the flop.

Looks like villan called the flop on a straight draw. He caught it on the river. Fold the river.

Bet 7-8 on the turn, then check/call river.
As played, call river. His raise is very small.

If you are willing to be $7 on the river... i would have made this bet on the turn.

why do you bet the river? lol. not exactly the best play unless you know villain is a super donk and will call down w/ any two.

regardless of the fact that no worse hands will call...this is such a tough street to play OOP. he can be doing this with air, any two, you opened the pot for him to out position you in this pot.

I would fire another on the turn and check the river. As played, the flush got there and he only needs a 3 to beat you so imo this is a fine fold
