Generally you want American players. The poker craze is much bigger here at the moment, therefor more fish. I don't play any of the sites listed so I cannot comment specifically to them, but I'd go with 10pm Eastern til around 1am. Most people are home from work and are tired, just getting some play in before bedtime--always the best opportunity for you.

You may want to be more specific on your post, what type of game, the level, etc. as you may get different responses based on what you say.

You just find out for yourself as it depends of so many things, like if it's a non-US site or what limit you play, what day is it and the exact time.

The middle limit players come from their work and are not there during other times with the same numbers. At the same time the low limit games can be bad, but they are the "same players" that make the middle and high limit games good.

The US sites are likely good especially like form 22:00 to 0:00 after they might get too loose aggressive (I have never won during that time, and just one time played it all through and lost much more than I have ever lost during one session).

But it's no reason not to play during evenings (local time) if one finds good games. Or even just after 0:00, but as far as I go, at US-sites I don't too much like that twilight zone horror show time, and I am not too much of a fan of weekends either as I have to pay more hands there as my opponents don't have enough of a brain to not make bad bets and raises during the weekends, while during the weeks things stay better under the control of skill.

My games are good up to about 20:00 (local time) and then get tight, till it's some 23:00 (just above me the games are good during 20:00 and 23:00) and then they are good for up to three hours and after that they are no good except at medium limits and higher, that are then usually very good, what looks like some drunks playing middle limits and higher, and the point there is that it's not the regular time for regular after the work players to play, so the quality of the worst players there is poor, though that's the opposite of the other factor but the time is not the same. All in all the middle and high limit games seems to be good at all times other than during the days when only the best players are there.
