I had a brain freeze on the river and didn't see the paired board; but lets assume i was value betting (or bluffing)!

villan was drawing and missed........possibly made a lower flush on river too but your bet scared him off.

check call the river next time......he might try to bet at it......... or bet 20.

If UTG made a flush he would have called the 30$ anyway - I think he had a str8 draw/2p hand. I c/c the river here.

Yeah he definitely whiffed by the river but as sqwisssss said, c/c river.

FWIW, I think your position (SB) with that flop and that no. of villains behind you is the perfect situation for an attempted c/r. I don't think c/r or leading the flop is better or worse than the other but it's certainly a good opportunity. If they all check behind, so be it, you've got eleventy billion outs to improve.

yeah, i'd check call against such a villian. you bet flop, turn and river. villian has no reason to not put a set in your range.

I pretty much disagree with every post above me. It's clear he's on a draw and I'd be fairly sure that your river bet was a bluff (it's possible he had the 10 high flush but majority of the time I'm going to guess not).

I definitely go for a flop c/r OOP here to try and make sure someone with just the NFD has a harder time tagging along.

i like your line here - if you try to c/r at any point it might backfire as UTG is so short you probably have neither any fold equity or showdown value, as his A high is 'in front'

by betting out you can dictate the size of the pot by representing trips, so you have 1 final PSB on the river to bluff it if you miss - NH WP
