i'd say it's more of a written rule. i'd probably just stop playing the guy or try to get him to move to a no-DP table.

I've never disconnected and wouldn't want to lose that record because of some [censored] cheating retard. I've never slowrolled either, but I'd do that and use lots of quality verbal abuse too.

fold your beat, if someoneone discconects once, id never play against them again on a no DP table.
and let everyone aware of it.
And get every1 to report them.

i just leave the table and sit out if he goes to other tables and warn others he disconnects and tell them to sit out until he leaves.

disconnecting yourself makes you just as stupid as him.

dcing against a person that dcs against you is not poor at all, deciding to use it against everyone else at the table just because one person does however is.

not quite the same thing. avoid the fight if you care about this, which OP obv does since he's asking whether or not it's correct. if you don't care, you're already out there being a disconnecting [censored], so it shouldn't apply to you either.
