Default lead or c/r riv?

if lead, how much? hes obviously not a very strong player given pf, but i have once shoved over his pf open which he folded to (he opened to 120, i shoved 1200).

375 on river looks good, I don't like the flop c/c that much with utg still to act.

Hands look fine but I like betting the river. People will check behind too many hands in MTTs that they should be betting. $350 is a good amount.
