I don't mind the check-raise plan at all.

I like it a little less when the BB calls. Especially since he's in the blind; that means he's just a tad more likely to have a weird hand that has a 9 or a 4 in it than a random limper is.

I like it a LOT less once you get cold called. I'm pretty sure I'm done at that point.

Check-call river is almost certainly better than betting.

How horrible would a check/call be on the flop? We're getting 14:1, can we make up 4 BB if we hit our 2 on the turn?

Oh, I hate the flop. There's a bet and a call: just fold. There's just too many hands/cards that can beat you. For example, realize that a 9 is an out for any hand. As soon as the board double pairs you are holding the nut low.

I like c/f'ing the turn. I'd be willing to see if a 2 came up there before folding.
