based on the OP's description, the act was not vile, as dids suggested. it was good natured and likely intended to be funny.

Where do you read "good natured" into that. If you're really "good natured" you just get out of the way and maybe nod your head, you don't do some cheesy ignorant/racist/superhappyfuntimepartyofjoy bow.
