I'd bet the river for value. You may be a slight underdog when called but I think you're generally a larger underdog when you check and he bets; the only hand that will bluff here is probably like JT which is unlikely to raise preflop in a live game.

If you bet the river and are raised, you can consider calling or even 3-betting because that isn't a river he should be raising very often.

Betting this river would not be for value. You would be hoping to get a better hand than 66 to fold. Villain called both checkraise on flop and bet on turn, then raised the river. We are not beating anything other than a pure bluff. In fact, villain may think he is bluff raising when the Q hit and still be beating us with a hand like 88 or TT. Check/call this river and hope he is bluffing at it. You were probably behind the whole way anyway.
