Default 25nl, missed draw so I bluff river

I don't feel like I played this very well. Would anyone else bluff the river like this?

Villain is 35/9/1 over 80 hands. He plays real loose/sloppy, calls PSBs on flop with backdoor draws and sticks around if he hits middle pair on turn

Hmm... I would probably not bluff this River against him. He's the PF aggressor and you said he's really loose/sloppy. He's likely to call you down light. Probably bets 3 on the Flop and check Turn and River.

He checked the flop, bet small on what's almost certainly a blank turn, and checks the river. I don't mind bluffing here, everything about his play screams weakness.

What do you think his image of you is? He's seems pretty retarded with that weak raise oop into 8 people so he's prolly not even paying attention but tt looks like his range could be broadway cards with the pfr, flop check and wweak turn bet so that king might have hit him and he might be leting you bet the river for him.

From his bet amounts though it looks like he doesn't really like his hand a whole lot so I don't mind firing at this river but mabye less though like $5 or $6 since it might be move believable and cheaper when wrong but if your history has been value betting strong hands like this then $8 is even better.

Not only is his turn bet weak, but your call screams out "i'm on a draw" and when what looks like the most obvious draw hits (flush) bet it. No better time to make this kind of bluff.
