I have been working at the Beer store for about 7 months (I don't know anything about corporate decisions, but am pretty well schooled on everything else).

Ever let any minor buy? [/ QUOTE ] Not that I know of. they are pretty strict about carding people (send in mystery shoppers all the time). Plus, the policy is that we ID anyone that looks under 25. After being there for a few days I got pretty good at scoping out minors, and fake ID.

Not sure if this falls under "corporate decisions," but how do you guys decide what new beers to carry? Have you ever stopped carrying a particular brand? Do customers ever walk in and give reccomendations of new beers to carry, and if so, do you guys ever follow those recs?
