need accounting project help

i have a taxable income/earnings and profits project due tomorrow. im having trouble with which numbers i should be using to adjust taxable income and which ones for adjusting for earnings and profits. anybody know how to do this?

who's your professor? I took that class in 2001-02 IIRC. I probably have some material. Omer's classes did the same projects semester after semester.

Dan Holder is the professor. We don't have any TA's for the class and accy is taking its toll on me and i really wish i didnt make it my major. Dan Holder isnt really a professor, he just seems really well qualified. He owns his own tax firm or something in the area and basically does nothing but this stuff everyday and night. If i need any help in the future though, which im sure i will, i'll give ya a holla, thanks
