yea, i've only ordered like 4 things, but they each took a month max...
back when they were offering the free chipset, that took a LONG time though, but that was a promotion and i'm sure they had supply problems

I ordered an ipod touch on 10/23. I emailed customer service on 11/12 asking if they would notify me when the item shipped. They responded 11/14: "Our records indicate that your order was shipped on 11/7 via UPS"
They didn't provide a tracking number. So I emailed them back right away and hope to have an answer by the weekend. Is this standard? Does anyone know where Store items ship from? Because UPS ground should have arrived by now even if it was shipped from Alaska. Also, does anyone know if store items are sent requiring signature at delivery?
