Default AJ v. not great reg

Villan is a reg. He's not the best player. Runs like 21/7/1.2 over a larger sample. He sometimes calls down a bit too often against the wrong players (this hand right here was from a while back, he's the UTG+1-)

Absolute Poker

Blinds: $1/$2

Stack sizes:
UTG: $215.25
UTG+1: $223.50
CO: $75.45
orange: $447.70
SB: $190
BB: $311.90

Pre-flop: (6 players) orange is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises to $8</font>, CO folds, orange folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $20</font>, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($42, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $20</font>, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($82, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $30</font>, UTG+1 calls.

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($142, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB is all-in $120</font>, UTG+1 calls.

Results:
Final pot: $382
<font color="#ffffff">SB Shows Qh Qs</font>
<font color="#ffffff">UTG+1 mucks Kh Ac</font>

In general, he plays somewhat straightfoward. He can get aggro sometimes though too- (he is the CO in this hand and showed AQo after the other guy folded

Uncalled bets: $75 returned to CO.

Results: CO shows AQo

So, hand in question- I think that villan would RR with large pairs most times (though I have seen him cold call JJ before in button v. blind). Is he doing this with worse? what's my line?
