It's my understanding, from what I read, that he is forfeiting the 2.2 million that was seized in January from the gambling operation. I don't believe any of this is the money that he won from that tournament. If this is true he got off pretty easy, in my opinion.

this is why i take all tourney wins in casino chips or cash immediatly after the event... well this isnt the exact reason why but u just never know..

I agree about him getting off easy. I'm not saying that I think he deserved more, but just that he could have gotten it a lot worse than profit seizure.

I disagree. Context suggests Lee was referring to his cash as a win and he needs to do it again in another tourney. Don't take it so literal when it's so obvious.
