Did you try to re-sync the controllers with the 360? Theres the small button on the top/back of the controller.

1. turn on the 360.
2. press the small button by the memory card slots on the 360 and the lights around your 360 will start spinning.
3. turn on your controller.
4. press the button on the top of your controller.

it will now work.

yeah i did all that stuff. The 360's lights will spin around and then will stop and the controllers lights will still keep flashing around in a circle. Same problem is still happening
