The 5 seat was a tard, and the 8 seat was solid. I brought it in for a full bet.

This is a little more aggressive than I probably would have played it, but I don't really see any mistakes.

5th street - do you think he should have gone one more round to get the hand heads up? What do you feel the villain is representing with his hand? There are a lot of diamonds out there, looks more like he is on a draw with a big pair? Once the second 2 arrives can we assume the hero is behind? I have very little stud experience, but I am often looking for a fold at that point.

There are two diamonds gone, and only one was gone on fourth street. His hand looks like a flush draw at all stages of this hand, although it could be something else. It sure looks like Adam doesn't have the best hand on fifth, but it's not like he can fold with that much money in the pot.

I would like a raise on fifth if I thought that the other guy would fold. He took a lot of heat on fourth, and that indicates a certain amount of commitment on his part. I'm actually a little surprised that he folded to Adam's raise on sixth after having caught some apparent improvement.

i like not, especially 6th.

6th is not a spot where most people are laying down hands. and there is also no reason to suspect that you have best hand. given that, you are an underdog to win the hand if you are up against 2 pair. raising when you are the underdog and are not likely to get someone to drop and the other possible gain of raising(a free card) is not going to help you here, makes the raise on 6th a little wreckless and a last ditch desparation attempt to win the hand.

the fact that you won doesn't prove anything. luck is luck. it is quality play and decision making that will consistantly get the money in the long run.

so in answer to your question of u like?
sorry, i really don't.

A little heavy on 4th but your line is fine. Consider c/r 'ing a safe card on 5th to get it HU.

This is usually an FD on fourth, so instead of popping it there (where you're a dog anyway) I want to raise fifth for HU.

I don't think I bet seventh once he calls sixth, either. He pretty much thinks he knows what you have (and you accidentally backdoored him into being right) so either he folds or you're getting checkraised by a flush.

I like sixth and ambivalent about fifth.

On Fifth, I think you have the current "best" hand, up against a FD+pair and a smaller pair held by the tard. Raising Fifth is a standard play, but with all the bets put in already, you may not get a tard to fold, so a defensive call is okay, since you are probably "in front" anyway.

On sixth, you are still probably ahead of the FD, now probably behind the tard, so making him fold his little twoop by putting him in the middle facing two bets is good. I think it is the best play. A good player comfortable making thin calls might spoil your fun by calling, but you describe him as a tard, and I'd expect tards to fold Sixth more often than good players. I wouldn't expect a re-raise from the FD unless he also had two pair, which would be nice to know, pending the river.

I'd definitely raise 5th street in the middle once I decide I'm continuing. And I don't think it's that close.

This doesn't make sense to me, retards usualy call with anything and I'm VERY shocked that he folded sixth.
