Where can I look up Online Cash-game Stats for myself online?

Maybe nowhere depending on where and what you play. There are data mining services that tracker player stats on the major sites, but the only do so for certain levels and games. For example - thecashdb.com tracks PS play for 1/2 NL and 5/10 limit and up. If you play lower they are not going to have your stats.

The easiest way to track you stats is to purchase Poker Tracker (www.pokertracker.com). This program will upload your hand histories and track the stats of all the players you play with (including yourself) and, in some cases, observe. PT lets you try before you buy. I think you get 1000 hands uploaded before you have to pay. I think it cost 40-50 USD - well worth the price.
