I did it once and I was listening to same fast past music while playing 8 6max nl tables. I spewed like crazy so now Ill never do it again.

depends what kind of music soothing music is handy after a beat to cool you down, to get pumped like some speed song, and just playing boring FR tournies then whatever you like
