Live Cash Spread Limit Strategy

My local casino(Bay 101) is having 10-400 and 5-200 spread limit games. The max. bet is 400 and 200, accordingly. The max. buy is relatively small, 40BB. Normally, preflop raise is 4-5BB, and at least 30% of the table would call. No one would fold flopped top pair. I am just wondering how to adjust to these types of games in terms of hand selections and flop plays, assuming I am playing TAG. Thank you.
