Re: Tough 15/30 hand
Against an opponent not capable of 3 betting the flop w/o a pair, I c/r the flop and lead the turn. I fold to any sort of raise.

Ok, I check/called the flop, planning to donk a safe turn. Turn: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Do I now check/fold? Check/call? I don't like either option. [/ QUOTE ] not safe... |

I read this as: "Against an opponent for whom the answer is obvious, I do the obvious thing." Yeah, great. But this guy has been described as TAG. Assuming a TAG won't show more aggression with a hand like AK is rather risky, no? -eric |

Re: Tough 15/30 hand

i C/C the flop and donk a non A, K, Q, T turn card, otherwise C/F. [/ QUOTE ] This intuitively seems like an excellent default plan on this board against this hand range. One thing to consider though is your plan to fold to a turn raise. If you fold 77 to a turn raise, are there any hands in your range that you won't fold when you take this line? It's ok to take exploitable lines, but taking HIGHLY exploitable lines against TAGs is pretty dangerous. good luck. eric |

[/ QUOTE ] good point, eric. and no, i can't really think of any. against a LAG we might take this line trying to b/3b a monster, but against this guy i don't see it.... |
