Default Graphing Software for multiple databases

afaik the most common ones can only deal with one DB at a time. id like to see an alltime graph without having to manually merge all my databases. is there any piece of software out there thats able to do so (probably PT3, right?) right now? if not, why is it so hard to process more than one DB?
