Third is an easy fold. Painfully easy.

Fourth is an easy fold.

I would check fifth and fold to a bet.

I'll set sixth aside. I wouldn't have gotten to this point. The river bet is foolhardy. Worse hands will essentially never call, and better hands will never, ever fold.

To sum up, you started with complete crap, made open trips for the whole damned world to see, and somehow lost. This is your idea of a bad beat?

6: Okay whatever, you have to bet.

Decisions on Fifth, Sixth and Seventh should be unnecessary because you should no longer be holding cards. As astonishing as it is to get trips beaten, the real story is that it didn't take much of a hand to have you buried by Fifth, since you have no re-draw to a pat hand. Additionally, you've made the pot so big that no hand that beats you could possibly fold.

Dude, I'll all for avoiding an ABC game to keep 'em guessing, but that was just flat out crap. Don't take that as an insult- take it as an opportunity to learn, better your game, close your gaps and maybe one day have a WSOP bracelet in Stud.
You are insane to be playing $5/$10 stud like this. At that level, you are encountering people who do it for a living, day in, day out. You can't play this badly there. $10/$20 is where the sharks really, really swim. They will murder you.

You should probably start out on a .25/.50 game and work up from there. Buy a few Stud books too and read them.
