Default TT line check against pf 3 bettor

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

this is the 3rd time villain 3bet my raise pf after i folded twice. Is it a bad idea to smooth call here, should i be worried about a fd? Or should i call to keep QQ, KK in hand?

UTG ($26.25)
MP ($14.25)
Button ($26.25)
Hero ($24.75)
BB ($26.40)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $3</font>, MP folds, Hero calls $1.75.

Flop: ($6.25) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $3.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ???

Because of the wet board (straight- and flushdraw), plus the fact there's an ace out there (TP with an Ace is the nutzors!) I'd raise here.

You don't have to make a potsize raise IMO. His halfpotbet is either weakish (that won't call a big raise) or a 'monster' (AK/AQ) that's willing to put the money in himself. I'd raise to ~$10.50 here.

Look to get this AI quickly as possible, don;t want to let draws hit or cards to kill your action.
