Default Can US Citizens be Party affiliates?

Will they allow this since you are obviously promoting non US poker sites? Will they allow cashouts to US banks?

Guess it depends. If you think poker is illegal, then affiliates would be illegal.

If you think it's legal to offer poker to non-US players, then affiliates would be legal.
