Default cream and two sugars

How bad is this to have in coffee in the morning? I hear people trying to lose weight saying they don't put sugar in their coffee anymore, and they use skim milk. Is this small amount of cream and sugar really going to mess with someone's diet?

all those links say caffeine may be bad for those who are obese (at risk) and/or diabetic.

If you're going to have coffee anyway, the cream you put in coffee is such a small amount you can ignore it for practical purposes. The sugar is no good on certain diet programs, if you can replace it with spenda you'll be better off. If you must have sugar, it's probably not a big deal as long as you don't have like 6 cups of coffee a day.

Word, that's cool by me. I only have usually 1 cup a day.

Caffeine (more precisely coffee) was just recently listed as one of the top 5 healthiest things to consume. 2-3 cups a day makes for a stronger heart.

Thanks for answering everyone.

caffeine itself is good in weight loss. The problem is that people often drink 30+ grams of sugar with their cokes or poor sugar as your doing into their coffee.

sugar in a regular coffee = like 5 lbs per year...a place to cut back for sure, but its not like cheating on a diet
