Re: how do you do your HIIT?
I'm new to working out. Does use a rowing machine to do HIIT? I saw it referenced in a hypothetical earlier in the thread, but is it okay to do this as my standard?

Re: how do you do your HIIT?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of a HIIT workout vs. going at a steady pace for the same amount of time?

Re: how do you do your HIIT?
I use the elliptical machine for cardio. I've been doing 30 minutes total, with three 3-minute intense intervals. Is this totally the wrong way to do HIIT?
