You have 9 outs to a flush, 3 outs to aces, 2 outs to kings (Ks is counted in flush outs). Total of 14 outs.

Chance of improving = 14/47 + (33/47)*(14/46) = 51%~

Even against a tight range assuming he is pushing 99+, 44, and AQ+ you have 58% equity so I'd probably call here against a normal tight player, against a maniac like this I call all the time.
