I think its wrong to say we have "4 outs" here. It's better phrased, there are 4 cards in the deck that we wouldnt mind seeing on the turn or the river. There are 43 unseen cards in the deck that will mean bad news for us on the next two streets. I say if cutoff just calls then call/fold is a marginal decision. It's hard for me to imagine calling being any more than break even.
