ok i just made a review of my hands and found out that a min-3bet preflop = TT+
therefore i try to call down from the flop on.
c/c turn (if he doesnt shove obv)
c/c river (except you river broadway and its no heart)

Had you seen him 3-bet with a wide variety of hands? There are some (maybe a lot) of people who are very loose but will still only put in the min 3-bet with very strong hands. As well as some who will do it with all kinds of crap. Against the latter I'd c/r the flop with a view to getting it in (so maybe make it a bit bigger.)

I don't think the flush draw is that big a concern here.

this guy pretty much was 3 betting if he wss playing the hand IMO soo i give hime 77+ and AQ+ soooo maybe flop c/r isnt that great I guess.

ive only been running like 2ptbb/100 for the last 5k hands so starting to question my sanity or lack of skills

i play the same limit and made Pokey's Pokertracker Check and found some of my leaks, as i said, i found that most of the min-3bets are TT+ hands.

I agree but some people do it with a really wide range. It's important to know which type you're up against

just mean with that range im basicly asking is there value in a c/r here?

also I think part of my prob is ive been playing more on fri/sat nights on stars and I had been playing mostly week day afternoons. I have failed to adjust to the looseness of these games and I have been c-betting too much and overvalueing /overplaying my hands a bit.

think I have to just peddle the nuts more. and c-bet less often.

Yup I'm just confused as to why you assigned him such a tight range when you said he was basically 3-betting if he was playing the hand and he's 57 vpip

There is definitely value in a flop c/r against some opponents
