I don't see any value in calling down, it's pure spew really if you think about it; you're calling because you're afraid of a 9, so why not just raise and see if he has it? He's gonna let you know fairly quickly.

Hes either bluffing or you are drawing slim. Looks like he has a 9 that slowplayed the flop and started to panic when the board got more drawy. I think you can safely fold this river unless hes been playing crazy.
