This thread keeps getting better and better. It wouldn't surprise me if Tom, Brandi, and Dutch were all in this together in an effort to scam as many 2+2ers as possible.

[/ QUOTE ]

If so, I wonder how many she has managed to rope in already?

i agree with all of oski's ideas and posts in this thread.
I am really shocked at how many poker players (who are supposed to be logical and not take things at face value) immdiately believed every word she said after its been shown several times before that she is a complete attention whore and (seems to be) a compulsive liar.

and newhouse may in fact be a great guy, but if these things are true he has alot of learning to do in life. and hopefully quick, since he is newly rich and well known and ripe to be taken advantage of.

You have to admit it would be one for the ages if they cleared say 50k, a good chunk from a thread titled Never Trust Anyone.

Guys, there is no [censored] way that after all of this [censored] Brandi cleaned 30k out of Mark's accounts. There is also no chance that after all of this [censored] mark would be stupid enough to let her play on his accounts.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think a timeline graph needs to be created for the whole saga and your bet. (Where's PennPal? )

Brandi said Mark gave her a plane ticket - is this before or after she dumped his money? I wouldn't think he would be naive enough to do it after she had lost 30K of his, but I also wouldn't think he would be naive enough to give her account access after giving her the ticket knowing she's BUSTO.

And a new sidebet - Was the 30K chip dumped to a friend to later be split up?

I accept the wager.

Uh oh, sounds like you know something that I do not. This sounds like the easiest $100 I have ever lost.

Brad was first.

The wager is that Brandi scammed Mark out of 30k lastnight . I am saying that she did not you are saying that I did.

The bet is for $100. We will let Mark be the arbiter of the situation if he decides to weigh in, if not then we will pick a fair impartial arbiter to rule on the bet if the decission is unclear. Please respond PM me your stars name.

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL. Nice try.

"All,
I will make a $100 friendly wager with anyone that the claim of Mark getting money cleaned out of his account is completely false. You must take the side that he has been scammed.

This offer must be accepted in the next 2 hours before the people in Vegas get up (so that there can be no confirmation.) The bet will go down via stars transfer. You must post here and I must confirm the bet in order for it to be accepted, I will only accept bets from well known posters."

Rottersod,
Good catch, it was a typo not an angle.

I am not low enough to accept a win on the bet on this grammatical technicality.

I am saying that she did not scam him out of 30k lastnight. He is saying that SHE did.

It looks like my foot is sqaurely in my mouth this time... I should not have had so much faith in Brandi/Mark to make that silly negative freeroll.

i think the "last night" part was his main point. it wasn't part of the original offer.

your pm quota has been exeeded. yeah we have a bet but not that it happened last night, just that it happened recently. my stars name is BradL

This is the bet that was accepted.

Brad says more than $30,000 was stolen from Newhizzle.
I say that $0-$29,999 was stolen (and for his sake I am hoping that it is $0)

The time frame is that the theft occured while at this tournament, not necessarily last night

edit: either way, the fact that the bet was accepted makes me pretty confident that my $100 is lost.

lol. if it turns out to be $29.9k and you don't pay up, that's pretty weak.
