NL TRN ($11+0.50)Decent draw - Think I should have folded?

This is probably a very basic question, but I'll ask anyway.

This player has a 25% ROI on sharkscope over alot of games and had not done anything crazy so far.

I think I should have folded but I'm not exactly sure why, but it turns out I had the odds to call even though he had one diamond and an overpair, but I guess part of his range here is a set or A4/K4 diamonds.

In the actual hand i had 41.72% with 0.91% ties. And my call was 41.07%.

And if he had 77 with one diamond I would have been 54.04% favourite with no ties. And vs 44 one diamond with straight draw I would have been 58.89% favourite with o.61% ties.
But against a set of fives with no diamonds I was only 32.93% with 0.91% ties.

And vs AK diamonds fo a highr flush draw plus current best hand I would have been only 26.57% with 0.91% ties.
