Default 10NL TT vs Loose Passive UTG raiser

Villain is 40/4/2.5 over 125, but when this hand took place was about 40/0//.5 over 100 as he tilted quite a bit afterwards.
Given that he was limping every hand in my experience, and was generally passive post flop, he limped QT in late position and let a non threatening board be checked down heads up vs BB for example, what are any decent options both preflop and post flop?

P.s. This hand was totally read dependent, I would've been very comfortable raising or playing it harder versus the appropriate player ldo

ok preflop fine with those stats
flop is fine, too, you played for set value
although i wouldnt mind a raise or a call, just to see what he does on the turn

Sweet, thats pretty much how I felt about the hand as well.Ty for the input bro.
I'm curious as to how seeing a turn changes things, as I would feel my hand can't really take another bet on either an over or an undercard, given his stats. If he checks, it's still difficult to get a free showdown/find value.

As a side note, this just shows how 'useful' a 100 hand sample is as villain choose 77 to go crazy on It's not so horrible given the board I guess, but it's one of the few hands that I beat that makes sense lol. This is interesting to note as it is possible he only raises pairs 77+ and AK and could easily have been having a relatively dry run over 100 hands, skewing the sample and the read.
