JimmyAllen just told you everything youe needed to know about the freeroll. [/ QUOTE ] If this reply is for me, I don't see where he posted the payout percentages for the Midnight Madness tournament. I know the payout is b/entries, and assuming there's 200 players, there will be 27 places. BUT, what are the percentages for each place? |

Re: wsop circuit at caesars indiana..Oct 17th
Who all from here, is planning on attending this event?
I will be there not this weekend, but next weekend. Hope to see some of you there! If you see a Large woman in the LIPSTour shirt and dealer cap, and shades that go over her eyeglasses, ask if it's Cincylady, because it just might be me. |

Re: wsop circuit at caesars indiana..Oct 17th
837 players in the Midnight Madness event. It was very well organized, despite having to have alternates, of whom I was one. I ended up #350 and got in with $2500T at the $75 ante, 300/600 level. I lasted 13 hands (folded them all) before calling all in w/ AQ vs AT and AK. The AK held up for high card
I left after that, electing to not play in the 40K Freeroll. Just too damn tired, and not sure that I wouldn't have the same situation (alternate status) in the FR. Talk was that the cap on the FR was 1500. Well, it was my first ever WSOP event, and I guess I had a good time. I did not like playing only 13 hands before being forced out. |

Re: wsop circuit at caesars indiana..Oct 17th
40000 freeroll was the worst event. when i sat with my 2 500 dollar chips, person on my left already had 8000 chips. drove 5 hours to attend. staff was still lying to people on phone tellin them seats were available. because of midnight madneess no cash games were available till 730 am. by that time was very drunk and angry. very disappointed in my first wsop event. ive never seen so many mullets in my life

Re: wsop circuit at caesars indiana..Oct 17th
chicago ... did you play in the Midnight Madness, or register at 6am Wednesday? I guess you were an alternate, eh?
Yeah, it wasn't a positive experience for me, either. Tell us more ... how many in 40K? |

Re: wsop circuit at caesars indiana..Oct 17th
Sorry you guys had a bad experience, but this was the freeroll, right? If so, I have to say, you get what you pay for.
BTW, ALL WSOP events, regardless of where they are held (what casino), you MUST have a (Harrahs' Total Rewards) players card in order to play in them. If you don't have one, don't bother even showing up, because they won't let you play in it. Also, one last thing, the things you stated, are the VERY reason(s) why when I play at Caesars Indiana, I always call ahead and register and pay with a credit card. They are the ONLY ones (as I think Indiana might be the only state where you can do it), where you can pre-register for your events via credit card. That way if you are driving long distances, you'll have your seat locked up weeks in advance, and you won't be an alternate either. |
