Just got back from watching Harry Potter 5 at the cinema. Was pretty good, pretty psyched for the last book next week. Girl I went with asked me to go to WHSmiths with her at midnight next Friday to get the book at the open. I like the books and all, but this is a bit much no?

I agree with you. I never quite understand the need for people to get/do things the second they come out, when they're going to be there a week or two later. Things like waiting days to see the first showings of movies, getting iPhones, getting this Harry Potter book, etc. It's more understandable to me if it's a more one of a kind thing, like a concert or sporting event, but movies and items will still be available, and you won't need to fight through lots of people to get to them if you just wait a little bit.

I'm 95% sure this is a picture of 4_2_it. Caught red-handed trying to dunk pretty girls and further solidifying his position as SSNL perv #1.

the reason free weights are better is because they allow for a better range of motion which can stretch the muscles more which is very key to muscle growth.

[/ QUOTE ]

Stretch isn't vital for hypertrophy, i disagree

Also, man alive is Emma Watson (Hermione) fit!

Got a phonecall from a mate the other day randomly asking if I want to go snowboarding in the Alps with him in a few months. I said 'yeah why not, sounds fun,' but I have never boarded or skiied before in my entire life. Is it easy to pick up?
