Having a huge downswing this week guys, just over 10 buyins.. heres some hands hope you can help me out.

you seem to be shutting down and going on the defensive after they call your flop bets, which makes me think that they are just sensing weakness and running you over.

tl;dr the hands...

.. but I too experienced a -10 BI swing at 200NL last week. I recommend either taking a break or dropping down a level. I dropped down to 100NL and am up +7 BI's in less than 2K hands.

Its pretty sick, im getting owned by donks who are catching runner runner flush / rivering boats vs me non stop for the last 5k hands ive played.

I like to think im good at controlling tilt, I have been for the last 3-4 months... but this week I havent been able to handle this swing, im down much more than 10 buyin I just didnt post the coolers/badbeats as theres no point.

We are long lost brothers. I am in the same boat. I too am very good at controlling tilt but a llllooooooonnnggg series of bad-beats and coolers sent me into a -4K spiral between 400NL & 200NL.

I'm telling you take a few days off and then jump into 100NL to build back up your confidence. After up +7 BI's in two nights I feel like the best player in the world again.

just throwing my opinions out there, feel free to bash...

hand 1 u need to bet because of all the draws out...against a good player, b/f the turn might be OK even with the draws out there, but against that idiot, bet turn anyway...tough spot if he shoves since effective stacks are >100BB, but i still can't fold vs this donk...

i hate villian's betting in hand 2, but after u see his stupid betting on flop, i just call his turn bet, our hand sux to a raise and he is trying to keep it small...

hand 3 i shut down after flop, what does he have that u beat, lots of 2 pair hands and we no longer beat AQ, only beating AK on that board...also, weak turn bet by us could incite aggression from him...

hand 4 is disgusting (confusing), i like the bets on the flop and turn because that board is too drawy, but we can't call the river, we've shown tons of strength and he decided to open shove the river, he's also 50/4/1, so when he shoves, he has something with his low aggro..

hand 5, fold this UTG, also, i don't see y u didn't raise the turn, it looks like he's pricing himself for a draw and the overbet could be to shove u out...still, end prolly has to be a fold though to that huge bet...

hand 6, either lead turn and or crai on turn, i prefer leading actually in this spot since i don't want to fold out a lot of hands we can still value from...also, a c/r scares him and he can have way more than just an A here, so betting is fine too...

hand 7
i don't like the overbet here, only hand which calls that we beat is AJ and that hand doesn't pot the turn, losing value from weaker A's too in this spot

hand 8 is tough, i can't see a set bombing the flop like this, so i call...

Hand 1 : I don't like the size of your flop raise. You leave yourself with awkward stacks on the turn. As played there's 127 in the pot and about 200 behind. I dunno I guess I'd just bet 100$...

Hand 2 : Slow down on the turn. I'm not a huge fan of getting 150bb into a limped pot with a weak 2 pair. I'd just call his bet and get a bet in on the river. As played you look in bad shape. bet/3-bet twice looks ridiculously strong. Fold.

Hand 3 : Fold pf, T9o OOP is trash, doesn't matter who the PFR is. I'd just bet the flop. c/r is too strong on this board and you don't want it to get checked through.
Your bet sizing is kinda funny, you make a rather big raise on the flop and the 1/3 pot the turn, what's up with that ?
as played fold river obv.

Hand 4 : Looks fine. I'm calling the river shove.

Hand 5 : I like c-betting this flop. You get Kx and 9x to call a lot. As played river is a fold for me. Looks like a boat or the nut straight.

Hand 6 : Pot the turn, Shove river please. He's not folding Ax. As played it looks kinda meh. I call though cause it looks like he's an aggrotard and we have TPTK !

Hand 7 : Looks fine.

Hand 8 : Meh. this looks like a big draw. Call cause I'm a station with overpairs =)

7 i dont cbet, as played im b/f the turn and river is fine

8 i fold, SA or crushed and given opponent im going with crushed more then SA

Hand 1: I check turn, and re-eval on riv if BB bets big.

Hand 2: As played I fold the turn. I'm probably putting it all in on the flop.

Hand 3: I bet bigger on the turn to around 100. As played I fold river. His aggression is 1.2 and will all that action I doubt he is bluffing in this spot.

Hand 4: This is a tuff one. If 50/50 between folding and calling. His aggression is so small so it makes it hard for me to think I'm ahead.

Hand 5: I call the river. Why didn't you c/r the turn?

Hand 6: I'm raising the turn. As played I'm calling the river.

Hand 7: I play the same.

Hand 8: Any reads? I'm calling.
