Newb guess...

Make a $5 blocking bet on the river. Fold to a raise.

How's that?

If that same pattern had happened over a few hands, I see nothing wrong with a call here assuming he's just trying to steal.

I'd check the turn. With the top card pairing you're just forcing out a lot of hands that you beat but you're never making a K fold.

If he really is calling you "with anything" and disrespecting your cbets then you need to tighten up preflop and just valuebet him to death with your legitimate hands.

QQ is obviously a legit hand, so there is no avoiding this situation.

Have you ever taken a different line vs this opponent than betting flop, betting turn? If you are constantly folding the river vs this opponent, then you are betting the turn too light and need to reevaluate your play on this street.

Potting the flop is fine. Drawy board, no free cards, etc etc and he's calling all your cbets anyway, so this bet is for value.

What you need to know is how aggressive villain is. The answer to that question determines how you play the rest of the hand. If he is loose passive and willing to call down light, but unwilling to bet his marginal hands himself, then you need to bet the turn for value. I fire $3-4 here.

Then on the river, I am betting $5 and folding to a raise (assuming he is loose passive). If he is loose aggressive, I am check calling a bet on the river as that type of player will easily be bluffing missed draws frequently enough here.

Make a habit of checking turn and calling river bluffs with any kind of hand against donks like this. And that's absolutely the line I would take here.
